We’d like to say prevention of problems is just common sense, but we’re not going to quibble with Einstein.

In the world of exterior restoration, our approach is designed to anticipate problems. We don’t want to be improvising solutions to “surprises” while on the rig with the contractor. So, we head off problems by gathering and assimilating as much relevant building information as possible, prior to construction.

We have a studio dedicated to NDTE (non-destructive testing and evaluation). We’ve developed proprietary tech, including SurfaceCapture^SM that provides organized, inspectable imagery of the building envelope, and AIM (Asset Information Management) that expedites recording and tracking of conditions observed. Both facilitate production of comprehensive construction documents whose clarity prevents (or at least minimizes) problems or misinterpretations.
