When potential clients contact us, we’re happy to field their questions, consider their building’s needs, and assess the scope of their projects. We welcome these contacts, but sometimes we end up referring building owners elsewhere.

Why do we do that? It’s because we want the right fit between our practice and the needs of our clients. We focus on projects that are large, time-constrained, or logistically complex.  But sometimes an owner has a simple request—a new porch staircase, or a FISP report for a small building in good condition.

In these cases, we don’t just say “good luck.” When a project isn’t right for us, we are happy to recommend colleagues for whom the assignment is a better match.
