The Health and Physical Education Complex was constructed in 1988. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to conduct an exterior investigation and prepare construction documents for repairs. Also included in the scope was a review of the pool filtration (diatomaceous earth) system and recommendation of a new low-maintenance filtration system. The firm's MEP subconsultant recommended a two-tank sand filter system. Also included was the replacement of an existing single water pump with two water pumps and design of a new platform to support the two sand tanks.
