The project entailed the restoration of this 2-story limestone-clad beaux-arts style building, constructed in 1901. The building (which houses the office of the President of Yale University) features a roofing system of both standing seam and flat seam copper. The project included leak remediation; replacement of the building roof and adjacent sheet metal and masonry at the parapets, copings and cornice; and pointing and cleaning of the limestone facade below the cornice. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation and design services.
