Westbeth Artists Housing is an 11-story artists residence and studio complex in the West Village. A National Historic Landmark, the building formerly served as the site of Bell Telephone Laboratories (1898-1966) and occupies an entire city block. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services for a comprehensive facade restoration, sidewalk vault repairs and complete roof replacement. Westbeth is an individual landmark as designated by the New York City Landmarks Preservation and is also on the National Register of Historic Places.
