The 36-story Warwick New York hotel, designed by Emery Roth in Renaissance Revival style and constructed in 1927, is one of the few properties in New York City to be affiliated with the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Historic Hotels of America. The terra cotta and brick masonry, lintels, and mortar joints all showed signs of deterioration. The facade also exhibited substantial soiling. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services for the exterior restoration of the hotel.
