SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the exterior envelope and balconies of this NYCHA housing complex in the Bronx. The project’s scope included: removal and replacement of cracked masonry units; masonry re-pointing; repair of spalled concrete and deteriorated reinforcement of exterior spandrel beams and balconies; repair of spalled and cracked concrete; concrete coating; and replacement of existing balcony railings.
