Tribeca Film Center, 375 Greenwich Street

Part of the Tribeca West Historic District, 375 Greenwich Street was built in 1905 as a coffee warehouse for B. Fischer & Company. To make the building’s facade safe and welcoming to its creative professional tenants, the Tribeca Film Center engaged SUPERSTRUCTURES for a facade restoration, including removal and replacement of cracked masonry units, masonry repointing, replacement of cornice units, stone and terra cotta restoration, spandrel beam repairs, and canopy steel repairs.
