Three dormitories, the Big Haus (west), Farside (east) and Crossroad (north) are three wings of Campus building number 45. Tucked in one corner of the ”u“-shaped building is the Dining Hall. As a task-order under an Exterior Restoration Term Contract SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted an investigation and provided construction documents to improve the structure, masonry, waterproofing, roof, doors and widows, as well as cosmetic defects. Currently the firm is providing construction administration services.
