Plaza 400 is a 40-story, residential cooperative building, constructed in 1966. Work performed encompassed roof replacement and exterior facade restoration, including shelf angle replacement, brick veneer restoration, flashing and soft joint installation. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
