In addition to serving as a residence hall for New York University's Law School, 240 Mercer Street contains computer labs, and offices for the Student Bar Association and many other student organizations. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design and construction administration services for an exterior restoration of this 1980's high-rise including masonry repairs and repointing, concrete spall repairs, coping stone and window sill replacement, door replacement, aluminum window sill resetting and sealant joint restoration. Lintel and spandrel shelf angle flashing repairs were also included. Scope-related change orders totaled only 0.39%.
