Located in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, this museum features the largest collection of hands-on science exhibits in New York City. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided consulting structural engineering services for the design of a new building annexed to an existing facility. The project encompassed a new cafeteria, auditorium, and 60' diameter rotunda. An intricate foundation system was threaded between preexisting pilecaps.
