Lincoln Plaza Tower is a 30-story residential cooperative building, constructed in the 1970's. The building has a paved 3,300-square-foot, street-level plaza. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to restore and upgrade the plaza, including investigating leaks from the plaza into the building's lobby and cellar vault below the plaza. The project included investigation, design, as well as construction phase services. The scope included installing brick paving, granite borders, new drains, planters, and coping stones.
