Constructed in 1971, the garage is a five-level, 260,000-square-foot structure. The restoration addressed exhibited deterioration common to a cast-in-place, reinforced-concrete parking facility. For this project, the client was offered options to keep the project within budget. The drawings were tailored so that repairs could be carried out in a phased manner consistent with available funding. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation services.
