The 24-story Hotel Beacon is located in the Upper West Side and is a New York City Interior Landmark. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide a Local Law 11 Cycle 7 Critical Examination Report. Findings included cracked brick and terra cotta masonry as well as cracked soffits and beams. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided inspection, design, and construction administration services for repairs that addressed the Local Law 11 conditions as well as ongoing water infiltration.
