The project involved the conversion of an existing acute-care hospital to a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) and the construction of a new skilled nursing facility. As a consultant to the prime architects, SUPERSTRUCTURES investigated the condition of the existing seven-story building's exterior and provided design services for rehabilitation of its windows, roof and masonry facade. The firm's scope also included consulting for the facade of the new 12-story skilled nursing facility.
