Watson Hall is home to the School of Visual Arts and the Administrative Information Systems department at Columbia University. The building was earlier the site of IBM's Watson Labs, and named for its founder T. J. Watson. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide inspection, design and construction administration services for this steel framed, brick and terra cotta clad building. The scope of the project entailed complete sheet metal cornice replacement to match the original cornice, lintel repair/replacement, and repair of cracked and spalling brick and stucco masonry.
