The project involved the exterior restoration, including facades, roofs, and parapets, of the Goldwater Memorial Hospital (comprised of eleven buildings) and Bird S. Coler Hospital Campuses (four buildings and a specialty wing). SUPERSTRUCTURES provided comprehensive investigation design and construction administration services. In 2013 the Goldwater buildings were demolished to make way for the new Cornell Tech Campus.
