SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the exterior masonry and roofs of Clara Barton High School for Health Professions. Restoration work included: replacement of parapet precast copings; replacement of steel relieving angles, brick masonry, and flashings; masonry repointing; control joint retrofitting; and replacement of all exterior window and door sealant joints. The project also included: replacement of the existing stone chimney cap with a cast-in-place cap; replacement of all roof systems, perimeter flashings, leaders, and scuppers; replacement of roof hatches, perimeter railings, and bulkhead doors; areaway, retaining wall, stair, and pavement repairs; and repairs to interior areas damaged by water infiltration.
