The Central Court Building is a Renaissance Revival structure was built in 1932 and features a stone and brick masonry facade. The restoration program included cracked masonry corner reconstruction, corroded lintel replacement, bulging masonry at spandrel, and spalled limestone. The restoration also addressed Local Law 11 related conditions identified during a previous Critical Examination performed by SUPERSTRUCTURES in compliance with NYC Local Laws 10 and 11/98. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design and construction administration services.
