Bushwick Houses in Brooklyn consists of eight buildings 13 and 20 stories tall completed in 1960 on a 16.02-acre site. The project comprised a complete roof replacement as well as remediation of unsafe conditions identified in SUPERSTRUCTURES' earlier Local Law 11 facade inspection of the premises, including repair of exterior brickwork at facades of all buildings, replacement of missing or broken window glazing, repair of deteriorated concrete deck and repair of exterior concrete around water tank at building #2. SUPERSTRUCTURES performed design and construction administration services.
