200 Liberty Street is a 39-story building constructed in 1985 as part of the World Financial Center complex, now known as Brookfield Place. The building has a 58,000 sq. ft., 232-car parking garage at the cellar level. The garage is accessed using two ramps leading from street level to the parking garage level. The restoration of the deteriorated portion of the parking garage included repair of horizontal concrete spalls, and deteriorated reinforcement of concrete topping slab at the garage and ramp at the basement level as well as removal of deteriorated coating and curbs and replacement with new coating and curbs. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation and design services.
