Completed in 1983, this academic complex  spans four blocks along the West Side Highway, incorporating 79 classrooms and seminar rooms, numerous laboratories, three lecture halls, the campus library, a gymnasium, an auditorium, a theater, and a drama workshop. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted the restoration of 13 plaza and roof areas, comprising four different plaza and roofing system types. The project included: removal and replacement of the existing roof and plaza membranes and flashing; installation of new wearing surfaces on rooftops and terraces; replacement of existing roof drains in kind; partial composite concrete deck replacement at exterior walkways; removal and replacement of exterior concrete stairs; removal and replacement of handrails at exterior stairs; and parapet railing installation.
