This 15-story office building with limestone veneer over a steel structural frame was built in the 1950s in the international style. SUPERSTRUCTURES investigated the building's roofing and facade masonry conditions. A report was prepared including prioritized interventions and a detailed cost estimate. The scope of work addressed brick masonry restoration and limestone panel restoration on the street facades, repairs to the terrace pavers, roofing and parapets, and the replacement and restoration of steel lintels. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided design and construction phase services.
