625 Madison Avenue is a commercial office tower, originally constructed in the 1920s. Several stories were added in the 1950s, and the building was clad with a glass curtain wall during the 1980s. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a building-wide facade investigation to document exterior conditions related to Local Law 11 Cycle 6 requirements. Work encompassed curtain wall system, lot line windows, and courtyard masonry.
