52 Lispenard Street is a combination of two landmarked 19th-century buildings. The conjoined buildings were converted to residential lofts, with additional stories added to each of the existing buildings. SUPERSTRUCTURES designed roofing and waterproofing for newly constructed terraces, balconies and roofs. A liquid-applied roof system was used in a conventional application on the main roof, and in other areas the liquid-applied roofing was installed directly over the concrete substrate. SUPERSTRUCTURES also served in an advisory capacity on window detailing and other facade elements.
