Located in the Hudson Square neighborhood, this 9-story steel framed, masonry clad, loft-style commercial office building was constructed in 1936. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to conduct a FISP (Local Law 11) facade inspection, design, bidding and construction administration services. Repairs included stone spalling, brick masonry, lintel restoration at the north facade, cracked stone coping, joint repair and the anchorage of brick masonry to the underlying structure. The firm also conducted an investigation of leaks in the tenant spaces and design services for repair.
