This building is a 4-story plus basement commercial property, constructed in the 1960s. The structure features a red brick veneer with CMU backup over a steel structural frame. The project entailed a facade restoration, including new parapets, expansion joints, and the rehabilitation of spandrel angles. The program also included recovering the existing roofing system with a new sprayed polyurethane foam and elasometric coating roofing system.
