This 21-story condominium tower was constructed in the late 1980s. It features a brick veneer with limestone and concrete trim, over a reinforced concrete structural frame. The restoration program encompassed exterior masonry wall construction, lintels and sills, parapets and copings, cornice trim at setbacks, cantilevered concrete balconies, metal handrails and anchorage, and window and air conditioner sleeve perimeter sealant joints. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
