10 East 75th Street is a seven-story residential building in Manhattan’s Upper East Side Historic District. SUPERSTRUCTURES restoration addressed FISP Cycle 8 conditions in the building’s limestone and brick masonry envelope. In the course of repairing the brick on a spandrel, severe corrosion was discovered in the embedded steel of the gabled mansard roof ends, requiring a meticulous reconstruction of the surrounding masonry. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services for this project.
