SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted FISP emergency repairs for Queens College’s Kiely Hall (Moore and Hutchins, 1967), an academic complex comprising a two-story base building with a 13-story central tower, and for the Benjamin S. Rosenthal Library (1988). Restoration work included: brick masonry spall and crack repair; pinning of shifted brick masonry and stone panels; repointing of brick masonry and stone panel joints; stone panel and soffit replacement; and concrete spall repair. The project also included metal railing recoating, window glazing replacement, and metal curtain wall panel replacement.
