SUPERSTRUCTURES provided a comprehensive investigation and evaluation which included non-destructive testing and analysis for the 125,000-sq.ft. roof of the Central Terminal Building. The scope consisted of the main terminal roof, two connecting links, and two setbacks. Our NDT&E specialists provided a roof moisture test utilizing electrical impedance scanning equipment to survey the extent of moisture entrapment. A detailed report documenting existing conditions and analysis was prepared along with options and estimates. Based on the report, SUPERSTRUCTURES provided design phases services for the restoration of the roof, which included construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
