Project Manager – Review, refine, and curate construction details pertaining to the restoration of buildings and infrastructure. Estimate construction unit costs comprising detailed cost items (e.g., materials, equipment, labor rates, and productivity) based on the project’s construction details. Track and analyze actual historical construction unit cost data from completed projects against the firm’s estimating database to understand factors affecting costs. Update detailed cost items to reflect changes to material and equipment costs, prevailing labor rates, and/or other industry factors. Direct the project management approach based on the assessment. Provide project oversight and direction on matters pertaining to specifications, construction costs, and project scheduling.
Required: Master’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent plus one (1) year of experience.
40 hours per week
Salary: $131,518.00 per year.
