77 Water Street is a 26-story commercial office building with a metal-panel and glass curtain-wall facade. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a Local Law 11 Cycle 7 inspection and has provided investigation, design and construction administration services for three projects. The first was remediation of a cellar leak, which involved non-destructive testing. The second involved the design of temporary netting for a roof-top ornamental warplane sculpture until the sculpture can be restored. The third project involved the inspection of the building foundations to verify no structural damage was caused by Hurricane Sandy and issuance of signoff to the NYC Department of Buildings allowing re-occupancy of the premises.
