This 25-story commercial office tower features a brick and ornamental terra cotta facade over a steel structural frame. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services. The project entails extensive sealant repair, terra cotta facade and brick veneer repairs, and the repair of 58 window panes.
