Constructed in 1912, The Sexton is a 13-story residential condominium in the Riverside-West End Historic District. Its exterior envelope consists of brick masonry facades with terra cotta ornamentation. SUPERSTRUCTURES has been retained to provide services on a number of projects at the building, beginning with an investigation of the exterior in 2003. Subsequently the firm provided design and construction services for an exterior restoration and parapet reconstruction. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a Local Law 11 Cycle 7 facade inspection and provided design and construction administration services for necessary repairs.
