Constructed in 1962, this 13-story residential building has a brick veneer facade. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide services on a number of projects at the building, beginning with an investigation of the exterior in 2005. The firm provided inspection, design and construction administration services for exterior restoration including parapet reconstruction, lintel and sill replacement and roof replacement. Recently, SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a Local Law 11 Cycle 7 facade inspection and filed the report with the NYC Department of Buildings.
