SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services for the mitigation of leaks at the World Trade Center Memorial, adjacent plaza, and other facilities on the WTC campus. As part of the investigation of reported water infiltration, a series of probes were planned and deployed. The scope of mitigation work for the plaza’s tree pits, trenches, and utility tunnels included: restoration of pavers, cobblestones, and waterproofing; concrete crack repairs; and expansion joint restoration.
