Manhattan Plaza is a federally subsidized residential complex in Hell’s Kitchen completed in 1977. It consists of two 46-story apartment towers with a connecting, 13-level parking garage with 998 parking spaces. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided PIPS investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the garage. The project included sounding and removal of deteriorated concrete, rebar repair, expansion joint restoration, concrete beam and topping slab repairs, and door replacement.
