SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services to restore the parking garage for the Park 900 Condominium, a 28-story building on the Upper East Side built in 1973. Water infiltration had caused considerable damage to the below-grade reinforced concrete parking structure. Restoration work included concrete crack and spall repairs at the garage floor and ceiling, repair of spalled concrete joists, and garage floor traffic coating.
