This 12-story commercial office building in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan is a reinforced concrete framed building clad with brick and fiberglass ornamentation. The comprehensive investigation program addressed the integrity of the building's exterior facades, waterproofing systems and roofs. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design documents and construction administration services for limestone and concrete repair, spandrel repair, exterior wall waterproofing, and the patching of roof membrane.
