145 West Broadway, located in the TriBeca South Historic District, comprises two residential buildings constructed in the late 1800's. One is a six-story building with a brick, terra cotta and stone masonry street facade and the other is a five-story building with a cast iron street facade. The firm conducted an exterior investigation, prepared a conditions report, and provided design services for an exterior restoration. The scope included cast iron restoration, replacement of the existing roof membrane, removal and replacement of cracked masonry units, parapet replacement, replacement of existing windows and wood cornice replacement.
