This 25-story commercial building features a brick and terra cotta veneer over a steel structural frame. The extensive repair and restoration program addressed deteriorated conditions encompassing corner, spandrel and lintel construction, facade, roofs, and brick columns at the 23rd floor. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services. In 2016 the building was designated a New York City Landmark.
