This 22-story commercial office building, designed by Emery Roth & Sons, was constructed in 1962 and clad in a decorative aluminum skin during the mid-1980s. The restoration entailed the replacement of approximately 1700 steel-framed windows with a high performance structurally-glazed thermal window system configured to provide the appearance of a curtain wall.
