10 West 66th Street is a thirty-three-story cooperative apartment building, constructed in the 1960s. The restoration addressed extensive deterioration of the three-level cast-in-place parking garage located beneath the building and adjoining plaza. The program also included waterproofing and restoration of the landscaped plaza located above the garage. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services. Under a prior contract, the firm provided services for the building's facade repair program.
