Rehabilitation of an existing loading dock and parking garage included reconstruction of ramps leading to the garage, modification of the loading dock, structural rehabilitation of garage floor, structural support for the cooling towers on the 21st floor and sidewalk levels, restoration of structural support for metal cladding above the 50th floor, and restored structural support for a 20 foot metal fence at the bulkhead. The project as a whole received the '98-'99 BOMA "Renovated Building" Award for Excellence. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design and construction administration services.
