In the film Moneyball, Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane (Brad Pitt) has an epiphany: baseball's conventional wisdom of relying on high-profile star players is all wrong. Joining forces with Yale economics wunderkind Peter Brand (Jonah Hill), Beane assembles a team of less flashy players who nonetheless have game-winning potential, an aggregate rather than an all-star approach.

In fact, SUPERSTRUCTURES does have more than its fair share of superstars. But most critically, we’re judged by our clients (and ourselves) based on the results we produce collaboratively, functioning not as individuals but as a team. In that sense, we have something fundamental in common with Moneyball’s A’s.
