Completed in 1925, the Gramercy Park Hotel is a 17-story structure adjacent to Manhattan’s Gramercy Park Historic District. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a restoration program to address SWARMP conditions identified in our FISP cycle 8B report on the building. The program included repairs to brick masonry deficiencies and repair or replacement of precast concrete copings, loose lintels, and terra cotta elements. This work also included restoration of steel railings, slate sills, and aluminum window trim. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services for this project.
