Webster Apartments is a 13-story residence founded by Charles Webster in 1916 to provide housing for working and unmarried women, that remains intact in terms of both its physical condition and its use a residence for women. SUPERSTRUCTURES first worked on the building's parapet and face masonry in 2008 and subsequently retained for Local Law 11 inspections, documentation and construction administration.
