The Ventura is a 22 story residential building completed in 2003. The building is concrete framed and clad with glazed brick veneer masonry. The wall system is supported at each floor by the structural concrete floor slab. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided design for repair of conditions deemed unsafe in the Local Law 11 Cycle 7 Inspection Report prepared by another firm. The firm provided construction administration services for the project. Repairs included patching and repair of facade concrete, masonry re-pointing, joint sealant installation, concrete coating, limestone cleaning and steel coating.
